I worked straight from January to February.
And then I stopped.
Maybe because I burned out. And also because I'm a builder and an operator, and builders know when to refuel the engine.
That's it. No meetings, no calls, no content. I finished reading Steve Jobs Biography. Shared 7 lessons I learnt from it on linkedin today.
Walked into a room full of people talking about the future.
I was listening, looking and I was mapping. AI automation is defined coming for marketing.
And i think it's already here.
The question is who's building the systems and who's getting replaced by them.
At least I know which side I'm on.
Spend time with people you work hard for.
Rest day again. Letting everything settle.
Tomorrow.
Now let's talk about something most people get wrong. Energy. Not time.
Everyone obsesses over time management. Calendars, blocks, schedules. & yes if it's not in my calendar, it doesn't exist. That's still true.
But here's what nobody tells you:
you can have all the time in the world and produce nothing. Because time without energy is just empty hours.
Time is fixed. 24 hours. Non-negotiable for everyone, billionaire or broke. But energy?
Energy is the variable. Energy is the leverage
When your energy is full, one hour produces what a depleted person can't do in five.
This is work-life integration. Not balance. Not "switching off."
Integration means knowing when to push and when to refuel, so when you're back, you're actually back.
Sharp. Focused. Dangerous.
I gave Jan–Feb everything. & now I'm refilling. So when I return, I return at 100.
Protect your energy like you protect your systems.
Because without it, no calendar, no discipline, no infrastructure saves you.
I never quit. But I do know when to breathe.
