The only time I feel like an influencer is when people ask me about my ring splints, so I thought I’d share some links to my favorite ones. These are not *affiliate links* or whatever, as I have no idea how to do that.
If you want to give ring splints a try, I recommend starting with the plastic oval-8s. You can buy these on Ye Olde Amazone but if you already have a PT or orthopedist, I’d ask them if they have any you can try before buying.
