For the last eight-ish months I’ve been building a software company in my free time.
Which was never the plan, by the way. And there’s one very specific part of our client process to blame for it.
Every brand project we finish at ByAriel ends the same way…by creating and delivering final brand guidelines.
And I hate it.
It’s not creative work. I’m not making anything new for my portfolio, I’m not getting paid extra for it. And even with a template, they always take FOREVER to make.
Then we send the final guidelines off to the client and they kind of…disappear.
Our clients have to remember where the file lives on their computer, open it in a separate program from the one they’re working in and decipher it every time they need a hex code or are using their fonts.
Meanwhile they’re using their branding in Canva, in their website editor, in their email platform - web-based platforms.
PDFs had a good run. But there’s a better way to deliver client brand guidelines.
So I built the thing I actually wanted to send.
Endform turns your brand guidelines into an interactive link. We’ve been calling them “brand hubs”.
Your client can open it in the tab right next to whatever they’re working in. One click copies a hex code. They can grab their fonts & download their logo files. Everything they need to stay on brand in one central, living place.
No account, no login. They can share the link with their team or collaborators and everyone can access one central brand hub with everything they need.

I built it because I felt like ByAriel clients deserved more than a clunky PDF.
It’s heartbreaking to watch a client butcher their brand after all that time and creative energy went into getting it perfect.
And none of that is their fault. Our clients aren’t designers. Hand somebody a folder of files and a set of rules to read, and they’re left to guess. So they guess.
I just KNEW there had to be a better way.
So I built one for us and our clients. Endform started as an internal ByAriel tool to uplevel our client process. I wasn’t trying to start a software company, I just wanted our clients to be able to use their final branding, easily, at the highest level.
But I work with so many designers dealing with the exact same problems. Same frustration, same clunky PDF, same beautiful work getting diluted the second it leaves their hands. And I knew I could share this tool with so many designers and have such a bigger impact than just our own clients.
I wanted this platform to be two things…
1 - SO simple and fast to edit for each client, without compromising style and design.
2 - SO easy for the client to navigate, use, and find what they need.
Here’s a little sneak peek into some of my favorite features…
All you have to do is enter a hex code and Endform converts it to RGB, CMYK, and an approximate Pantone match automatically.
If that isn’t life-changing, I don’t know what is!
Building those PDF guidelines takes hours, even with a template. Endform allows you to input your client’s brand colors and fonts once and they apply across every section of the brand hub.
Wherever your client is in the hub, they can pull up their colors and any links they need to their brand asset folders via a drawer pop-out.
All you have to send your clients is a branded URL they can bookmark and share with their team. You can even password protect the link for an added layer of security.
New photos to add? A brand refresh a year after the initial launch? You’ll have continued access to edit, add to and update a client’s brand hub, all published to the exact same live link.
Upload any file you want the client to have access to and they can one-click download it directly from their brand hub.
The first time we handed a client a brand hub instead of a PDF, they told me it felt industry leading, like working with a designer who was at the forefront of what brands need. And that it looked like a lot of time and effort went into it.
Ummmm hello?! Talk about major added value to every client project you deliver.
Founding members will have the opportunity to join at 50% off the regular price, locked in for life.
When I thought about pricing for Endform, I really wanted delivering the highest level of work to your clients to be accessible to every designer.
Endform launches next Tuesday, August 18!

*Quick side note, since we’re all friends here, I’m so nervous about putting something this different from my usual products and programs out into the world. But I truly believe it’s the greatest tool to your clients actually using the branding they paid $ for and you making it possible for them to do that.
I’ll be sharing even more details and inside looks next week!
But for now, you can get on the waitlist.
xx,
Ariel
I run a creative agency. I’ve done the $40k projects and the $2k ones. I know this industry from real wins and even realer failures. I’ve coached 3,000+ other designers on how to turn their skills into a real, money-making career. And it’s all yours for $7/month.
