Hey friends,

May was a full month of content. On HeinzSight, I published four posts exploring what it actually means to lead and work well: the hidden emotional cost leaders carry even as they thrive (The Hidden Cost of Leading Well), how Clayton Christensen's "How Will You Measure Your Life?" framework connects to individual work motivations (How Will You Measure Your Life?), what the Highlands Ability Battery's Generalist/Specialist dimension reveals about how you're wired to work (Are You a Generalist or a Specialist?), and why most "coaching" in organizations is actually training or mentoring in disguise (Why Your "Coaching" Isn't Actually Coaching). We also invited you to watch an excellent movie I helped produce, Just One More. Over on the Faithful Christmas devotional, I also added two new posts — Are You a Friend of Jesus?, reflecting on four ways to be a friend of Jesus, and a piece on the three types of people out there (Three Types of People). Lots of ground covered this month — I hope something here has been useful to you.
