I own a regular car, and I used to own a fairly decent bike, barely out of the ordinary with off the shelf parts and only minor upgrades. By the time my bike got stolen off of my apartment building garage, I had been using it for the better part of a decade. And to add insult to injury, my wallet on the car, parked besides the bike, got stolen as well.
