From Pilgrim to Becoming

It’s been a while.

There has been a pause.

And maybe that’s where all true beginnings start — in the space between.

These past months, I haven’t been writing here.

I’ve been listening instead.

Life — and midlife — invited me into a deeper kind of pause. One that wasn’t still or empty, but rich with recalibration. Things were shifting. Quietly. Slowly. Inwardly.

I stopped pushing to create and started paying attention to what wanted to emerge.

What emerged, eventually, was a journal.

Not a productivity tool. Not a checklist or a self-improvement project.

A soulful, spacious companion — for women like me (and maybe like you), who are navigating the messy, magical, identity-shedding landscape of midlife.

It’s called The Wild Becoming Journal.

It holds gentle prompts, room to wander, space to remember, and an invitation to return — to your voice, your rhythms, your wildness

A New Space

With the journal came a shift in how I want to share words.
Not as a pilgrim chasing the next line… but as a woman returning to her body, her story, her inner quiet.

So I’ve created a new Substack called The Wild Becoming — a space for reflection, rewilding, and the creative rituals that come with beginning again.
