The informal crew who support Hardware Meetups around the world is hosting a hardware party for all cities in Las Vegas for CES. If you’ll be in Sin City for the biggest hardware conference of the year, we hope to see you on Jan 6th at the Punk Rock Museum!
This month was full of great meetups!
SF Hardware Holiday Party @ Studio 45 hosted 600+ builders and featured high-profile demos including a Rivian R1T, Rainier Labs’ mobile welding robot, and Metra’s open source smart glasses.
NY Hardware Holiday Market Party @ Industry City gathered 570+ people for a festive hardware showcase and market featuring AI location systems from Volan.ai, flexible electronics by Loomia, and collaborative robotics from UFactory.
Boston Hardware Holiday Party @ SharkNinja featured a year-end showcase of local hardware projects and prototypes, including a raffle and a look into SharkNinja’s robotics and automation-driven engineering process.
LA Rooftop Hardware Holiday Happy Hour celebrated the year’s end at a rooftop bar in Downtown LA with community demos.
12th Salt Lake City Hardware Meetup @ Orchestra Studio explored "Making Sense of the Murky Middle" with a panel on transitioning from prototype to product launch, featuring insights from WAYB, MIDS Worldwide, and local product leaders.
11th Philly Hardware Meetup at Delve showcased medical innovation, featuring Airalux Medical’s therapeutic spirometer and CHOP’s non-invasive neuromonitoring tools.
8th Sydney Hardware Meetup at Propeller Aero focused on rapid prototyping and materials design with a tour of Propeller’s drone mapping facility.
5th Toronto Hardware Happy Hour @ Collective Arts kicked off the holiday season with a focused community mixer and an open mic session for local engineers and founders to showcase their latest hardware prototypes.
