Today I have another “Adam spotted in the wild” episode for you. I recently had a fascinating conversation with investment professional and all-around smart person Joe Withrow of The Phoenician League.
Joe’s been writing a lot of interesting things lately about the history (and relevance to us today) of the “American system” as envisioned by Alexander Hamilton — along with later iterations promoted by Henry Clay and Abraham Lincoln).
It’s a topic Bob Murphy and I have been discussing lately (here and here) and we use Joe’s excellent articles (see link above) as jumping off points in both.
So, in this chat, Joe and I talk about that, as well as poker, politics, and other interesting things. I think you’ll enjoy it!
