The best ballscreen continuity offense for the past 10+ years has been Gonzaga, but I think Arizona may have a claim to it under Tommy Lloyd. It makes sense, he came from Mark Few and Gonzaga, seeing what the successful ballscreen offense has become with better talent but it is very hard to guard.
Arizona blends post ups, flow offense and their ballscreen/duck in continuity to make their offense very difficult to guard and one that I think translates to high school very well. It wouldn’t be hard to envision using players who can seal off low and make the reads easier for them to blend the typical ballscreen continuity I see a lot of teams run.
