When I shared about losing my sense of style, so many of you reached out and said you’re going through something similar. Time has passed, your life has changed, you have changed. But your style hasn’t.
Maybe you’ve had kids or your body is a different shape or you’ve moved to a different climate or transitioned your career. Maybe all of those things?
When I got to thinking about how to approach this, I realized two things:
For me (and I think most people), style is developed through trial and error. I wasn’t born with a defined sense of style. I found it simply by iterating.
I’ve done this before. Not just for myself, but for my mom.
This is the simple process that helped my mom rediscover her style in a weekend, plus pics of my cute mom and some links to get you started.
