New Expanded Digital Edition
I didn’t realize it at the time, but I started writing The Destination Workbook in early 2018 while I was producing Guitar Business Radio. It started with a segment at the back of the show called The Value Shot. For 19 episodes, I talked in depth about some fundamental operational principles I’d been thinking about and working with for a long time.
All of those GBR episodes are still available in their original form, but also in newer and shorter repackaged episodes of The Value Shot podcast right here on GBW. The key point, as it turns out, is that the principles I was talking about were all things that ultimately changed everything about how I managed my business, career, and in many ways, my life.
None of those changes happened overnight. In fact, many of them didn’t become clear to me until I started putting that material together for a potential book.
As I began to construct chapters, I saw a unique structure evolving. But the chapters themselves seemed long and complicated. That’s where the challenge was. I needed to make them short, simple, and hopefully… eye opening.
The paperback first edition of The Destination Workbook was published on Amazon in September, 2025. It was called a “workbook” because it has that feel to it. Twelve short, concise chapters convey really big ideas you can put to work immediately in a seemingly infinite number of situations and scenarios. It’s quite simply about navigating the next level of your work, business, and life.
The feedback I’ve received from the paperback version has been gratifying. However, the most common thing I’ve heard is the request for a digital edition that could be downloaded. Unfortunately, Kindle was not an option for this book because of the design and the various components. The flexible, free-flowing ePub format was not suitable for this book.
Fast forward about six months, and I decided it was time to create an all new expanded digital edition of the book in a larger, more useful format. A few months later I’m thrilled to announce the release of The Destination Workbook Expanded Digital Edition, now available for immediate download.
