Your team is curious about AI but doesn’t have time to follow it. You do. Today’s tip turns that into something useful for everyone.

This week’s challenge: Use Claude to write a plain-language AI update for your team.

You’re already reading and absorbing what’s happening in AI. Most of your team isn’t. This habit takes what you’ve been learning and turns it into something the whole team can act on, without everyone carving out time for research they’re never going to do.

How to do it:

  1. Find 2 or 3 AI articles or newsletter sections you’ve read this week

  2. Paste the text into Claude

  3. Type: “Summarize the 3 most useful things here for a small business looking to use AI practically. Under 150 words. No jargon.”

  4. Read it, adjust anything that sounds off, add a sentence of your own take

  5. Drop it in your team Slack, send it as an email, or paste it into a group chat

That’s it. You become the person who keeps everyone informed. You also become the person they come to when they have questions about AI.

What you’ll get: A short read your team will actually appreciate. And a reputation as the person who’s paying attention.

This takes about 10 minutes the first time. Five minutes after that.

I’m sharing this inside my Gabbian client portal, including a Claude prompt cheat sheet that goes way deeper than this series.
