Jeremy Gravilore · Gravilore

An exuberant Monique embarks on a mission to rewire the past. The present day has its troubles, but she knows that changing the here and now would leave her empty and powerless to bring true justice to the world. She builds up the determination to transform history and achieve the salvation she desires. Salvation sits just outside her reach, taunting her with the whispers about her privileges.

Our heroine has a problem that appears impossible to overcome. She owns no time machine to bring her from one century to another. No time machine exists other than the free-flowing transportation vessel of her mind that she steers with her spirit to help anyone she can throughout a fantastical journey of hope. The journey of hope morphs into a journey of desperation.

Monique views herself moving in triumph from continent to continent, country to country, wishing with all her might that the pain and suffering everyone feels would disappear. Our heroine pours her soul into changing history before it moves forward without her. Suddenly, her brainwaves trap themselves in the past she craves to replace. After the failed pursuit of justice and salvation, the present and future shovel the last mounds of dirt over the corpse of Monique’s happiness.
