Happy New Year to all you amazing artists and cartoonists! This newsletter is a packed one – filled with plenty of festivals and submissions.

Any ongoing submission opportunities are removed after a three-month cycle, allowing space for new opportunities.

All links to an opportunity are in its header. To submit an available opportunity fill out this form.

Note from Grace: USA Residents beware, a Visa is required to sell work abroad. Canadian boarders have cracked down on Americans entering for work reasons. Make sure to have a plan for shipping/selling your work. They will confiscate your goods and turn you away should you not have your papers in order.
