Server Issues Affecting Unread Cloud and Webpage Text

I had server issues today between 2:45 PM and 5:00 PM Boston time. They impacted both Unread Cloud and the webpage text service. I will do more root cause analysis and prevention work over the next few days. I am sorry about the downtime.
