国际妇女节：她乡中国，看见移民中的“她”力量

在全球化浪潮中，移民群体正成为推动世界发展的重要力量。他们不仅为各国经济增长注入了新的活力，更促进了不同国家和地区之间的文化交流与融合。这其中，女性移民是重要的组成部分，在全球3.04亿国际移民中占48%。在中国，160万国际移民中女性数量多于男性，占51.6%。

值此2025年国际妇女节来临之际，国际青年领袖对话（GYLD）项目携手国际移民组织和全球化智库（CCG）推出“她乡中国”系列故事。我们共同邀请了几位来自不同国家和地区的女性移民，分享她们在中国求学、工作以及日常生活中的经验与感悟，力求展现她们独特的经历和风采。

Migrants have emerged as an indispensable force driving world development in the era of globalization. They not only infuse new vitality into worldwide economic growth, but also facilitate global cultural exchanges and integrations. Notably, female international migrants constitute 48% of the world's 304 million international migrants. In China, among the 1.6 million international migrants, women outnumber men, accounting for 51.6%.

As International Women’s Day 2025 approaches, GYLD, in collaboration with the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) and IOM, has launched a video series entitled “Her Life in China”. We have invited female migrants from different countries and regions who are currently residing and working in China, to share their experiences and insights regarding their studies, work, and daily lives in China, aiming to highlight their unique experiences and brilliance.
