We actually did it.
I’m sitting here writing this with tears in my eyes because... look at us. 😭❤️
100 days ago, we started this journey not knowing who would stay, who would drop off, who would actually show up.
You showed up. 🙌🏾
Through busy weeks. Through breaks. Through Easter, through heavy news days, through tired mornings when you didn’t feel like it.
You. Showed. Up.
And that, my love, is everything.
I need you to pause and really let this sink in:
You committed to something for 100 days and you FINISHED.
Do you know how rare that is?? 🏆
Do you know how many people start and never finish?
But not you.
You’re different. You proved it. Not to me—to yourself. 💪🏾
I don’t say this lightly.
I am genuinely, deeply proud of you.
Whatever you built these 100 days—the habits, the courage, the ONE thing you finished, the mindset shifts, the person staring back at you in the mirror now—
That’s YOURS. You earned it.
And if you fell down along the way? If you missed days, took breaks, doubted yourself?
You still got back up. You’re HERE. That’s the win. 🙏🏾
Real talk—these 100 emails were never the point.
YOU were.
Who you became while reading them.
The courage you built. The discipline you practiced. The dreams you dared to chase even when scared. 🦋
