Two men have been charged after drugs worth up to £579,000 were seized during two Glasgow raids.
Around 6.10pm on Friday, August 21, officers executed drugs search warrants at properties on Garry Street and Grovepark Gardens where cocaine was seized.
A 19-year-old man and a 25-year-old man were arrested and charged in connection. They are due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, August 24.
Detective Sergeant John Rhoddan said: “This recovery highlights our commitment to tackling dangerous and illegal drugs in our local communities.
“Drugs cause misery in our communities and we are determined to protect the public by preventing their distribution.
“Information from the public is vital in helping target those involved in the supply of drugs. Anyone with concerns about drugs in their area is encouraged to contact police on 101, or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
