Logistics Sheet - Resort Day - July's Girls' Day Out!

Hey, Girls on the Go! Resort Day is finally here, and we cannot wait to spend the day with you!

• 10:45 am - Arrive and park at Virgin Hotels Dallas, 1445 Turtle Creek Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207

  Note - You can park on the street (free, if available), in the adjacent parking lot ($13), or valet ($20). See details below.

• 11 am - Take elevator to 4th floor for registration. Pick up your wristband and goody bag.

• 11:10 am - Pray in and greet one another

• 11:15 am - Tour of the area, schedule overview

• 11:25 am - Common Ground Challenge - Icebreaker

• 12 pm - Lunch is served, stations open

  • The Social Lounge

  • The Pool

  • The Game Hub

  • The Refresh & Recharge Zone

• 2 pm - Line Dancing

• 2:30 pm - Wrap up and goodbyes

  • An area will remain reserved for Girls on the Go DFW after 2:30 pm for anyone who would like to continue enjoying the pool

• You can park for free on the street in several locations. Please note - there is signage for areas where parking is prohibited. Towing is strictly enforced so be very careful about where you park on the street. We don’t want our ladies to experience any towing mishaps!

• You can park in the parking lot to the right of the hotel for approximately $7. Visit http://parkmobile.io/ and enter the Zone #660099 (double check the sign).

• You can valet for a no-fuss experience for $20 total.

• The Girls on the Go team will greet you on the 4th floor at the registration station.

• Michelle (Marketing Director) will give you your wristband.

• Krystal (Operations & Logistics Director) is your point person if you have any questions or get lost looking for parking. Her number is 214-407-4943.

• Leah (Member Engagement Director) will be your point person during the event for questions or location help. Her number is 682-234-0530.

• Swim attire + light clothing/cover-up for when you are out of the pool

  • Feel free to bring an extra change of clothing

  • Keep it cute and comfortable

• What are the expected weather conditions?

  • There is no chance of rain up on Saturday. 🥳 Some cloud cover is expected. The high for the day is 99 degrees.
