Food F Drinks C Interior B Price $ Overall Score C Slightly evil vibe. Very large space with gorgeous bookshelves and odd, sparse furniture. The coffee tasted vaguely of gasoline but the smoothie was good. No good except some home baked stuff (mid.)
Food A Drinks A Interior A Price $$ Overall Score A Every aspect was good but not S tier. Good for Iowa!!
Food A Drinks A Interior S Price $$ Overall Score A Interior was cozy and gorgeous, need to go back on a rainy day! It also has a patio that would be lovely in the sun. The classic breakfast was great but Baker & Commons is better in that department. Drinks were good and the fig leaf syrup was alright. Overall, it felt like a Seinfeld diner revival with a Berkeley twist. I give it an A+ and maybe…

Food C Drinks F Interior N/A Price $ Overall Score C total was €4.60 and it wasn’t completely ass but the freddo cappuccino wasn’t great. i think that’s a fault of the item itself though
Food N/A Drinks B Interior F Price $$$ Overall Score C Absolutely disgusting vibes. Weird tech bro café. Expensive drinks sponsored by tech companies. The floor and every surface is filthy—dusty, stained, muddy. The matcha was very grassy, which I guess means it's good. They run an hourly bus between the café, the Y Combinator office, and the 22nd Street Caltrain station. There's also a newspaper…

Food A Drinks S Interior N/A Price $ Overall Score A Great spot to grab a fast coffee! The strawberry matcha is also fantastic. The workers are super kind and they have a loyalty card which i’ve filled out multiple times.
Food N/A Drinks A Interior A Price $$$ Overall Score B Realll expensive but lovely interior and great coffee. Essentially no food selection.
Food N/A Drinks B Interior B Price $$ Overall Score B Beautiful light. I liked the hand-painted signs.
Food N/A Drinks A Interior S Price $$$ Overall Score A amazing seating, old fashioned menu, cool baristas who seemed a little inconvenienced when you ordered

Food S Drinks A Interior B Price $$ Overall Score A Sophie and I stumbled upon this colorful cafe after a disappointing Assasin mission. The baristas are super sweet, the menu is unique, the espresso is great, and their pastries are fantastic.

Food B Drinks A Interior S Price $$$ Overall Score A After entering though the carriage entrance of the Claremont, we found a small, cozy cafe with a gorgeous interior. The cafe gives you a taste of the claremont’s wealth, although I had $8.86 less of my own after buying a vanilla latte.
Food B Drinks A Interior N/A Price $ Overall Score A Good coffee, decent food, fast and inexpensive: great place to stop before a long drive.
Food A Drinks C Interior A Price $$ Overall Score A Nestled in the heart of the UC Berkeley campus, on a quiet street shaded by trees, sits Strada. The coffee tastes musty, the food is good, and the seating is wonderful. Lovely cafe for a casual cafe experience. Berkeley's favorite laptop-grabbing location.
Food N/A Drinks B Interior A Price $$$ Overall Score B Masterpiece Coffee is a coffee cart set up inside a botique that sells a hodgepodge of earth-toned goods. Despite its temporary appearance, it's apparently been here for almost a year . Its menu is limited (only oat milk, no syrups) and focuses on Asian-inspired coffee drinks. I ordered a Kuro, a black sugar oat milk latte topped with sea salt…

Food S Drinks A Interior C Price $ Overall Score A Great coffee, great food, nice baristas, no seating
Food C Drinks F Interior A Price $$$ Overall Score F Bagel no toaster?? No cream cheese? No whole milk but they still charge an extra dollar for alt milk?? $11 matcha?? Goodness gracious. The chai was horrific and the matcha is average. This cafe is a scam lol. The interior is cozy, but would give a Republican an aneurism.

Food A Drinks A Interior S Price $$$ Overall Score A Not a laptop cafe, but you could work here. Ordered a savory breakfast plate with fantastic sausage, goopy poached eggs, and delicious potatoes. The interior was authentic and beautiful. Downsides: seating took a bit and jerome’s latte was better than mine. I definitely will come back.

Food B Drinks C Interior C Price $$ Overall Score C hal’s was closed 💔 this place is wildly mediocre
Food N/A Drinks B Interior A Price $$$ Overall Score C They couldn't do my standard large iced vanilla latte. Instead, they offered a small chocolate mocha.
Food B Drinks A Interior B Price $$$ Overall Score B Decent indoor and outdoor seating. Couldn't find a single outlet.
Food C Drinks B Interior B Price $$ Overall Score B on a train yayayay!!!!!!!!
Food N/A Drinks B Interior B Price $$$ Overall Score C They have a second seating area in the storefront next door. There's a sign saying that laptop work is limited to one hour, which does not merit an $11 latte.

Food A Drinks B Interior A Price $ Overall Score A the baked goods were excellent (chocolate croissant and an almond croissant) and the drinks were decent. what really impressed me about this cafe was the charm of the barista and the quaintness of the cafe
Food N/A Drinks A Interior A Price $$$ Overall Score B we stumbled upon cafe mud and were drawn in by the dimly lit, cozy, wood-paneled aesthetic. however, the atmosphere was disrupted by the ghastly prices. almost $8 for an iced maple latte!! i downed it less than 10 min, so it was damn near a dollar a minute for that latte
Food B Drinks A Interior A Price $ Overall Score A imagine my surprise when i lower my phone to the screen to pay, and the number “10.15” greets my eyes. this is the cheapest and best coffee that i’ve had in a while—a great cafe for the second day of the great east coast coffee tour
