Fauci And Me - A Technical Preface

My interest in the genetics of immunity did not begin in a laboratory.

It began with a question.

In 1978, I was a young man looking at apartheid South Africa and wondering how far a government might go to preserve a political system built around racial separation. I was interested in the intersection of military power, biology, and population.

When I saw Henry Kissinger trying to exfiltrate bioweapons scientists to South Africa from 1987 to 1991, based on rumors from my travels in Eastern Europe, I saw the dark hand of Henry in Cape Town. And Robert Maxwell, the London billionaire superspy for Mossad, was helping move the Russian scientists through Czechoslovakia to Israel and South Africa as well.

I did not possess the bioagent and biology vocabulary I would acquire decades later. I didn’t know enough immunology to talk intelligently about antigen presentation, HLA polymorphism or MHC haplotypes.

I knew Henry Kissinger from my travels in Eastern Europe. Henry Kissinger was the Godfather of the new world chessboard, deciding where the broken pieces of the old Soviet Union would end up to protect Rothschild interests around the world.

Most of this exfiltration of Soviet scientists was coordinated by Ken Alibek, the Rothschild money man inside the Russian bioweapons program. Donald Rumsfeld, a Kissinger acolyte, was responsible for getting the Alibek scientists to Iraq to level the playing field in the Iran-Iraq War in the 1980s.

I had seen Kissinger up close in my travels in Eastern Europe. I had seen him moving the pieces of the old Soviet Union long before the official “Fall” in 1991, and the bioweapons scientists were no exception.

Those Kissinger machinations included the curious negotiation of the release of bioweapons scientists from the Soviet Union for their release to Israel, with their eventual emigration to South Africa.

(This Preface is meant to provide the reader with a deeper understanding of my investigation into HIV and AIDS, but this technical explanation is not necessary to read “Fauci and Me”. Skip this Preface if you find it too technical).

But I understood the question.

Could biology be used politically?

That question stayed with me. Fauci seemed to be making all kinds of excuses for the South African Regime when it affect children who were not yet sexually active, for instance.

Years later, the documented history of apartheid South Africa would reveal that this was not an absurd subject to investigate. South Africa’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission examined the apartheid government’s secret chemical and biological warfare program, Project Coast.

I saw the 1980s “mystery disease” deaths through the same lens as the rapid decline and sudden death in AIDS deaths in America. If Cecil Rhodes could have had a “Black Bomb” to clear the resistance from the Kimberley diamond mines and the Transvaal gold mines, he would have used it.

Silas Burroughs of Burroughs Wellcome drug company had been looking for 100 years for a Black Bomb to clear black resistance from the Rothschild diamond and gold mines. Now, Rothschild scientists were appearing in the late 1980s with a potential candidate to the long-sought cleaner of black resistance.

The historical record places Project Coast’s formal beginnings in the early 1980s; former defense minister Magnus Malan testified that he approved it in 1981. The TRC subsequently investigated experiments involving humans and animals conducted between 1981 and 1994.

I have gone through the process of procuring a liver for a good friend to deliver life from the jaws of death since my initial reaction that South African transplant experiments were being categorized as “acquired immune deficiency”. I have internalized this techspeak and nomenclature. Was organ transplant testing part of Project Coast testing in Cape Town? Were early HIV cases blood rejection cases?

I want to be precise about the investigation into what was revealed to be Fauci’s HIV and AIDs chronology and how it mapped to the South African experience.

I am not saying that Project Coast existed in 1978 or that I knew about it then. The evidence we have places it later.

What I am saying is that in 1978 I had already become interested in the broader question of whether biology could become an instrument of state power.

At the time, I couldn’t have imagined where that question would eventually lead me.
