Well, folks, that was me doing what I do best - having a good old yarn about everything and nothing all at once. I rambled my way through the big stuff: the way the world’s run, the mess we’ve found ourselves in, and the little things that keep me up at night - quite literally. I talked about why I’ve been scribbling everything down, keeping the records straight, and why that matters when the world goes sideways. There’s a bit of this and a bit of that in there - standing up, sticking together, not taking their nonsense lying down. Common Law is a legal tradition rooted in precedent, natural law, and the inherent rights of the individual. Unlike statute law — legislation enacted by governments — or admiralty/maritime law, which governs commerce and contracts, common law emerged organically through court decisions and customary practice over centuries. It forms the bedrock of legal systems across the English-speaking world and is increasingly referenced by the Sovereignty Movement as a framework for understanding one's legal standing outside the structures of corporate government. For those investigating the mechanisms of technocratic control, common law represents one of the few surviving legal traditions that places the living human being — not the corporate entity — at the centre of justice.

A Bill of Exchange operates similarly to a cheque, serving as a means to discharge a debt without the need for further explanation. If the recipient fails to accept it, they may need to provide justification in court.

However, sending a promissory note, Bill of Exchange, or cheque doesn’t guarantee compliance from the other party; it merely serves as evidence of an attempt to settle the debt in the event of legal action.

It’s important to note that fines are typically issued to corporate entities, not individuals registered by Royal Registry. Thus, living persons registered in such a manner will not receive fines.

Freedom of Information, Australian Government – Attorney-General’s Department confirms: There are no documents that exempt government departments, government corporations and government funded corporations from complying with the Bills of Exchange Act 1909, which is why the department holds no such documents.
