It’s been a long time since the conclusion of the HS season and there’s been a ton of data to sift through over the summer from both TABC and the grassroots scene, but our staff has put together an updated look at the 2027 class as a whole.
First things first, a new top dog in the 2027 class needs to be crowned following Marcus Spears’ early departure to join Sean Miller on the 40 acres.
Several prospects had meteoric rises this summer and will see the number beside their name reflect that in this list.
And as it always is in the final ranking before prospects’ senior seasons, late bloomers and players that have honed into a specialist role with their games have made pretty loud debuts into this list. We’ll break down some of the biggest risers and new faces in this list in our analysis segment, but first, let’s get into the updated Top 180 prospect rankings in the Texas 2027 Class!
