Today I am passing along the sad news of the recent passing of Todd Olson, son of Chuck & Cindy Olson and brother of Jessica Olson who grew up on the Pike Lake chain of lakes in Delta and lived in Duluth.
Todd will always be remembered as a kind soul who always cared for those around him who were less fortunate. He bravely weathered a challenging medical journey for many years always with a smile and positive perspective. He is well known as a master of the art of origami often using his creations as a way to connect with those around him.
At this time, I have no news of a celebration of his life. At the request of his parents Chuck & Cindy, those who may wish to leave a memorial tribute to Todd should look to organizations in your own local communities who advocate for serving those less fortunate than others; food shelves, houseless shelters and the like.
