Jeffries, who faces a 16-count indictment related to his 22 years as CEO, was found mentally fit after a review of 109 “particularly illuminating” phone calls he made during a four-month stay at a mental health facility last year, as well as reports and testimony from expert witnesses, U.S. District Judge Nusrat Choudhury said in a ruling.
