   Sony will own the top two unless Odyssey’s hold this weekend is so stellar that it edges out Insidious slightly.

   Brand New Day still going to remain at the top of weekend box office until Practical Magic 2 comes this September 11.

   Obviously brand new day’s overall week was lower than the force awakens 🤣 why does deadline say that like it’s a surprise?

   Went and say both Spa Weekend and Mutiny last night. We were the only ones in a pretty big theater for Spa Weekend. Made me a little sad as this kind of movie with several recognizable actresses would have done okay a decade ago. It was definitely refreshing to have a probably lowish budget comedy that didn’t look or feel like it was made for streaming.
