Genghis-Pawn: In my experiences with the LTP, I have noticed that it seems to be relatively rare that the Memories I acquire by completing Encounters and fighting Denizens enable me to place Mastery cubes on items. Most of the attainable memory icons are shades of green and yellow, but only 4 of the 16 “starter” loot cards (with the sun icon) have corresponding icons. You might consider tweaking…
