It seems like we launched our ‘Primary Fetterman’ sweatshirt just in time (and t-shirt coming soon). The most disloyal Democrat in the Senate was, just yesterday, the deciding vote to advance Markwayne Mullin’s nomination for head of the Department of Homeland Security.
Fetterman’s list of betrayals are a mile long, but this one especially stings because Mullin’s nomination would be DOA if it weren’t for Fetterman’s “level-headed assessment.”
Friggin’ jackass.
The bill for Trump’s Iran war came due this week after rumors that it was costing as much as $2 billion a day.
This week the bill arrived at an eye-popping $200 billion, and Hegseth defended it saying “it takes money to kill bad guys.”

For once, we’re siding with Lauren Boebert who simply said: “I’m not doing that.”

So you know how MAGA is obsessed with voter ID and thinks there’s no way to safely vote on election day unless you bring your birth certificate to verify your identity?
Well those same morons are now automatically going to sign you up for Selective Services by digging directly in social security data, pulling up every male between the ages of 18 and 26.
Previously, men were required to register themselves, and though they faced potential jail time and fines for refusing to do so, it was rarely (if ever) enforced.
This rule, which will go into effect by December, is an uncomfortable escalation as the U.S. continues to escalate their war in Iran as well as conflicts with several other nations around the world.
But uh, pass the SAVE ACT, right?
Unless you’ve been living in a bunker in New Zealand, you know that the film Sinners was a culture-shifting, cosmic sort of film that deserved all the praise it received. IMO, it was the best film of 2025 (Sorry One Battle After Another).
I’ve been a big fan of Michael B Jordan and Ryan Coogler since their first project Fruitvale Station in 2013. I credit that film with being a major part of what woke me up to the dark realities of what Black Americans face in this country. I also cried my face off.
If you haven’t yet seen Sinners, head to HBO MAX right friggin’ now and give it a watch. I promise it’s joyful and beautiful - and you’ll only shed a couple of tears.
