It’s time for my yearly “give the Sims 3 another chance” event. This time with some mods to improve what bothered me about the game (mostly the emptiness of locations) and featuring Floofty Fizzlebean. I haven’t installed any CC yet, so I could not give them the iconic bowtie. Probably not a good idea to do this while I’m sick.

Out of nowhere I started to see this glitch on every foundation. After trying a bunch of things that didn’t work, I had to reinstall the game. It wasn’t because of a mod. Edit: It was because of a mod I didn’t set up correctly.
@gummilutt This is from the UI package file. The shortcut you mentioned in this post is called “toggle backface culling mode”. Maybe you knew already, I just thought I’d mention it. I’m going to try some of the other shortcuts next.
Hmm, I’m not sure about this sfx replacement. Something feels off.
Does anyone know how to identify sfx from ts2 after extracting and converting them to wav or mp3? Without having to listen to thousands of files one by one? I tried recording and isolating the sounds I wanted directly from the game and using several different free trials of programs that claim to identify similar sound files, none of which worked.
