There May Be Nothing Wrong With Your Finances Either

I spent 37 years telling people there was nothing wrong with them.

Now I want to say the same thing about their money.

Here is something most people I know do not realize: if you own a home and you have been paying your mortgage for any length of time, you likely have equity sitting inside those walls doing absolutely nothing for you. Not growing. Not working. Just waiting.

And here is the part that stopped me cold when I first learned it.

That equity can be put to work right now, without selling your home, without taking on dangerous debt, and without reducing what you already have. In fact, done correctly, it can help you pay off every debt you carry, your mortgage, your car, your credit cards, your student loans, faster than you ever imagined possible. And at the same time, it can begin building a retirement fund you can actually access in the not-so-distant future, one that grows, compounds, and can be borrowed against without ever touching the principal itself.

This is not a trick. It is not a loophole. It is a product and a strategy that has existed for a long time and that most people in my world, healers, clinicians, coaches, teachers, helpers of all kinds, have simply never been introduced to.

I am not a financial advisor. I want to be clear about that. What I am is someone who stumbled into this world, got educated, got licensed, and realized that the people I care most about, the ones doing the most important work, are often the least financially resourced and the least likely to know their options.
