Member Briefing | Introducing FPRI's Deterrence Initiative

The Foreign Policy Research Institute announced the launch of the Initiative for Deterrence and Arms Control, led by Dr. Jeffrey Lewis, a Distinguished Research Fellow at FPRI, and staffed by John Ford, Michael Duitsman, Seth Hosford, and Sam Lair, a team of open-source researchers who have worked together for more than a decade.

Together, they bring to FPRI one of the most accomplished open-source research teams in the field, now working under one roof at its new institutional home. The initiative will provide policymakers, researchers, and the public with unparalleled clarity on some of the world’s most pressing security challenges, drawing on a suite of new tools and capabilities to expand awareness of global nuclear developments.
