A confirmed tornado Tuesday in southern Washington County brought the statewide total to 47, the second highest on record since records began in 1950.

Spotty light showers possible Friday morning, then scattered thunderstorms through Friday night. These may impact high school football games. A few storms could be severe with all modes of severe weather possible, including a weak tornado.

The National Weather Service confirmed a tornado touched down in Hubertus during severe storms that hit southeast Wisconsin on Tuesday, Aug. 18.

A few clouds tonight with temperatures dropping into the low 60s. A mix of clouds and sun on Thursday with slightly warmer temperatures around 80.
