DOVER, Del. - A likely tornado touched down in Dover, Delaware, causing significant damage across the city, police said. Authorities reported no serious injuries.
Photos and video posted online show fallen trees, downed power lines and flooded roads.
The Delaware Electric Cooperative said more than 1,000 customers lost power in the northern part of its service area, though most outages were restored within a few hours.
