I think the idea that Targeted Individuals are on a "non-investigative terrorist watchlist" is disinfo by Richard Lighthouse. There is no basis for it. What victims are experiencing is an organized crime network and a criminal enterprise.
Richard Lighthouse is saying there's an actual list with all our names and the federal government is involved in all our cases. He said this with zero evidence by the way.
Organized crime does not need a terrorist watchlist. It doesn't need government agents and government involvement in all cases. It can be completely off books. They used terms such as “contract stalking”, “cause stalking” and “organized harassment”. All those make sense. Those are reasonable words. They did not mention that we are all on some federal non-investigative list. That’s all Richard Lighthouse.

He currently works at EMC services. It is an engineering, management and construction company based in Houston, Texas. He previously worked at Furhlander, Dynegy, Dell Technologies and American Electric Power.
He is basically controlled opposition to make sure the movement goes a certain way and certain technologies are not revealed. He adamantly denies the existence of man-portable or hand held directed energy. However, there is overwhelming evidence that they exist. This alone makes him a liar.
His job is not just controlling Targeted Individuals but also hiding advance sciences that deal with space-time manipulation and zero point energy.
This is a sign that he may be working for military defense contractors to target scientists and hide advanced technologies. It's an organized operation. The website is well crafted and has some good information which makes it very deceiving.

5. Richard Lighthouse has released many books that are full of slop. You have to pay attention to catch it. These books are on astrophysics, physics, quantum mechanics and more. He is completely unqualified. It's all filled with rubbish pseudoscience. It's actually scary how much slop he created. He clearly has a goal to fill the space with misleading information. He is NOT a physicist. He makes diagrams with no references or evidence while claiming to be an expert or an insider. He mixes helpful good information with disinformation.
