Flynn Creek Farm is able to host three public events each year to highlight the grass-finished meat and organic vegetables coming out of our fields.
We are very excited to announce that on Thursday, July 16 we will host one such evening. Chef Dan Bonanno will develop the menu based on our best seasonal ingredients and cook over fire, amplifying the flavors of each ingredient for thirty lucky guests.
We invite you to arrive early at 5pm to enjoy a walk about the fields, otherwise at 6:30pm for refreshments and dinner at a spectacular setting that epitomizes the stone and rolling hills of the Driftless.
We are excited to introduce an intimate group to the farm, to demonstrate the benefits of regenerative agriculture, and to serve a masterfully prepared, unforgettable experience!
