Holy shit, it's been a year.

Hello!

Holy shit, I haven’t shared anything on Substack for one entire year.

Since I moved to L.A one year ago, I have been pouring my entire heart and soul into the biggest writing project of my life (!) and creating my new podcast The Florence Given Show. I have been expanding my business to an ever-growing team of amazing women and after a lot of growing pains, I am finally starting to feel the exhale in my nervous system that having support and delegation provides you - when you’re an absolutely ragingly ambitious woman like me.

…and still, I have missed pouring myself out over here.

I have missed this sacred, inner circle feeling of being able to share myself in an even more intimate, raw, personal way. I miss the casual nature of being able to chat to you so intimately in our little pink room.

And that’s what I’m going to be re-building over here!

And I’m going to do it in voice notes. Because it is one of my favourite ways to express myself and the thoughts just gush out of me like a chaotic delicious waterfall.

So this is your heads-up - this Sunday, I’m coming back. PROPERLY!

Every Sunday, you will receive a bonus voice note of me sharing my unfiltered monologues and musings - the stuff that doesn’t make it onto my show, because it’s raw and even more honest than I am in any place online. It’s as close as you will feel to being inside my brain. And that shit deserves BORDERS around it!

I want to make sure that this space always stays pure, honest and intimate - always. Some Sundays there will even be a full pep talk — including, for the first time ever - pep talks that YOU can directly request me for (more on that later!).

The first episode is a voice note on all of the weird stuff that started happening to me since I moved to L.A - every old version of me that came screaming back, and how I’ve been lovingly letting them go, one by one.
