Pick a theater and date — Head to our Official Gathr Page. Select “Theatrical On Demand” and choose a theater near you.
Rally your people — Share your screening link and get others to RSVP. Every theater has its own attendance threshold.
Hit the number, lock it in — Once enough people sign up, the booking is confirmed and tickets get charged automatically.
Don’t hit the number? No charge — Think of it like Kickstarter for movie nights: if the threshold isn’t met, nobody’s charged and the screening doesn’t happen.
Want a sure thing? Select “Buyout Screening” instead of “Theatrical On Demand” to lock in the whole screening yourself — no threshold, no waiting on other people.
