I’m sipping freshly filtered mountain stream water from my water bottle, huddled down on a damp rock beside a roaring, splashing, slick cascade. I’m at 11,000 ft an on early season hot summer day, surrounded by tall withering pine trees. The air feels fresher, cooler, delightful.
