Today’s story will never be published. It’s private and life-changing, but eventually good. (Nothing dark here. Yes, it’s serious to the soul, but nothing worrisome or negative at all.)
I started writing it a lifetime ago- but physically, “on paper”?
Four years ago.
There were three segments to this story then, surrounding milestones within my soul. The fourth and final segment is complete, now woven with the other three, cleaned up, polished, pieced together differently than before now that the fourth chapter is written.
Piecing it together until today, until now. Soul baring, but not soul-searching. I had already searched my soul, and it was good.
Well, no story is ever complete. But this one needs to see the light of day, and only with its intended small audience. It’s non-fiction.
I’ll be back here soon. I’ve got three stories in the works. Not sure which one fits next.
