Kirkcaldy & Dysart gaffer Grant Brough was left flabbergasted as last weekend’s away opponents St Roch’s got a penalty for handball against Jay Watson, despite K&D’s assumption that the ball had looked a yard out the park before being crossed from the left so the spot kick shouldn’t have stood.
