Fairfield Cares, Inc., was among 30 recipients of The Greater Jefferson County Foundation’s annual grants. The grants were awarded at the Fairfield Community Center on August 23, 2023.
Below are three of the recipients at the awards, including Jennifer Hamilton (center), of Fairfield Cares Inc.
Fairfield Cares will use the grant funds for a needs assessment survey. The data from that survey will help Fairfield Cares apply for larger grants. Our goal is to improve in-home health care and social support services for our county’s rapidly growing population of elderly and disabled residents.
The survey will study the needs of elderly, caregivers, and others who serve the target population.
