Thirty-Five Gratitudes

A brief interlude from my usual posting because it is my birthday week and I am in celebration mode!

Over the years, I have developed a number of traditions to honor the time and day I chose to come to Earth. As all the stars come back into the alignment of our birth, I feel that a portal opens for us to receive special messages and remembrances of why we are here.

I love traveling to power portals during Aquarius and Pisces season to honor my sun and rising signs. I love cooking delicious meals and treats for the people who love and support me. I love being immersed in wild nature. I love adorning myself in beautiful clothing, jewelry and giving myself an extra-juicy self-care day. And I love reflecting on the areas of my life where I am overflowing with gratitude.

In honor of my thirty-five trips ‘round the sun, here are the blessings I am feeling thankful for this year:

1. Thank you for this resilient, strong, soft, capable body.

2. Thank you for my vitality, and the herbs, whole foods, clean water, and lifestyle choices that keep me thriving, and energized.

3. Thank you for the ancient wisdom traditions of Ayurveda, Five Elements Theory, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong, and biodynamic medicine that serve me when I need support.

4. Thank you for the deep learning dives into agricultural economics, blood type, and ancestral diets to find the optimal way to nourish my body.

5. Thank you for the soul codes which guided me to follow the money, illuminate the truth, and exit the dominant narratives of medicine, science, technology, education, and cultural affairs.

6. Thank you for curiosity and my voracious appetite for learning.

7. Thank you for my willingness to look beyond the veil and to see what is hidden, collectively and personally.

8. Thank you for helping me see that the power to change is within me.

9. Thank you for helping me identify the patterns and behaviors that keep me stuck in fear and pain, and for guiding me effortlessly to the tools, practice, and people that support my shift into love.

10. Thank you for reminding me that my essence is love.

11. Thank you for supporting my release of generations of shame, blame, rage, grief, denial, unconsciousness, and scarcity.

12. Thank you for encouraging me to feel it all and for the compassion, understanding, and empathy that brought me.

13. Thank you for this sacred female body, for blessing me as a womb keeper, and for the magic and mystery of femininity.

14. Thank you for the entheogenic plant teachers: ayahuasca, huachuma, peyote, psilocybin, tobacco, and cannabis, for opening doors and remembrances of the essential truth of existence.

15. Thank you for all the animal teachers, both wild and domesticated, who have brought their wisdom, joy, and unique gifts into my life, and for showing up in unconditional love.

16. Thank you for the crystal allies, beautiful energy that springs forth from the alchemy of earth and fire.

17. Thank you for the elements, the teachers of balance, motion, stillness, giving, receiving, creating, destroying, and magic.

18. Thank you for the seasons of the earth and of my life that encourage me to live cyclically and deeply connected to the rhythm of nature.

19. Thank you for the land that holds me, witnesses me, and co-creates with me to grow beautiful gardens, food, medicine, art, and community.

20. Thank you for the blood that flows from my womb every month, connecting me to my inner seasons, the moon, and my sisters.

21. Thank you for the intuitive wisdom that seeps through my senses and ignites my cells with information I can trust and confirm with the feeling in my body.

22. Thank you for the wonders of the pineal gland which allow me to see, feel, sense, and know information beyond the material world.

23. Thank you for all the teachers and practices who have guided me to hone my inner sight, trust, and discernment.

24. Thank you for all the teachers and practices who misled me, who lied or deceived me, and who ultimately led me back to my own power.

25. Thank you for all the experiences that challenged me and brought me closer to my truth, my values, and my sovereignty.

26. Thank you for all the people who have come to earth and decided to live in love, who have decided to live in their purpose, and who have shared their gifts with the world.

27. Thank you for all the people who walk the beauty way, who hold themselves with grace, and who radiate their heart frequency and loving presence.

28. Thank you for all the people who remind me how far we have to go and who inspire me to keep living in more and more love, bliss, joy, connection, truth, expression, and magic.

    

    

29. Thank you for the magic and the mystery, and all the sacred paths that lead into the libraries of knowledge and understanding of the universe.

30. Thank you for the signs, symbols, and synchronicities, especially the exceedingly clear and obvious ones. The subtle ones are appreciated, too.

31. Thank you for the tales, songs, rhythms, sounds, dreams, and memories that have been passed down through eons, connecting us in an infinite web of story.

32. Thank you for the delights of rich earth between my toes, gentle breeze upon my face, warm fire on a chilly night, and cold water on a hot day.

33. Thank you for the moments that make me want to pause and bask and breathe the experience into every cell.

34. Thank you for the practice of writing and for the journals and scrapbooks that have held parts of me since birth.

35. Thank you for the practice of gratitude and the realization that every thank you expands my heart, awareness, sense of self, and sense of awe, wonder, and connection with the world around me.

And thank you to all of you who are reading, resonating, feeling, questioning, and encouraging the collective truth to be unveiled.

I am predicting a year of mastery, new levels of commitment, and the amplification of my voice (and all voices who are speaking in pure love, truth, and compassion).
