If you’re not close to Edinburgh, I host 2 online somatic practice spaces each month. ‘Centering Together’ is a guided practice open to all, to sense into what we care about and let that move us within the collective, so that something feels more possible. ‘Continuing to Remember’ is a place for connection, resonance & play, for anyone with a little or a lot of experience with politicised somatic practice.
