Multiple news sources, including the Los Angeles Times, have named Brian Palacios as the off-duty U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent that shot and killed Keith Porter Jr., a 43-year-old Black father of two, on December 31, 2025, in Northridge, Los Angeles County, California at the Village Pointe Apartments.
As of the time of this post, Brian has not been arrested nor charged.
