Hi friends-
I hope everyone had a fun summer weekend! My oldest turns 8 today, and I can’t help but feel all in my feelings wondering where the last 8 years have gone. It feels like I blinked!! We celebrated yesterday with a party for over 20 boys, and let me tell you... it was absolute chaotic fun. My son had the best time, but the energy of a bunch of 7 and 8 year old boys is NEXT level. We had his party at a local gym where the instructors ran dodgeball, nerf wars, obstacle courses, and all kinds of games, which was absolutely perfect because they kept the boys moving the entire time. Tonight we’re celebrating out on the lake, and we’ll end the day with one of my favorite family tradition, our annual Birthday Interview. We started this when he was 3, and it’s become one of the most special keepsakes, see our reel about the tradition here. Looking back at his answers from each year is equal parts hilarious and heart-melting. If you have little kids, I can’t recommend starting this tradition enough.
We are summering so hard, which is the absolute best, but man I am exhausted and my body is screaming for hydration, greens and silence lol. This week I am vouching to get more walks in and cook some healthy summer dinners instead of eating out so much. I am going to make a salad with lots of grilled veggies and my favorite Basil Vinaigrette this week. I also have Michigan blueberries from my in-laws, so I am going to make some protein packed blueberry muffins for my kids for breakfast!

Stainless Steel Lunchbox - This stainless steel lunchbox has been a huge hit the past few weeks! Last year we did a ton of research and bought several different versions to test out. Many stainless steel ones are too heavy or big, tricky for kids to open independently or have bad compartment layouts. This one checks all the right boxes!
