We need you to speak up

Jew hatred thrives on silence.

It’s a form of abuse. It behaves like abuse. I have always defended anyone I know, or don’t know, against abuse, no matter the personal cost - and there has been a cost. So what’s different here? I want you to tell me what’s different here. I want you to acknowledge why you won’t do what you would do for anyone else. Speak it. Sit in it. I can guarantee you something: as embarrassing or shameful as it is to understand that you won’t do for Jews what you’d do for anyone else, it is a helluva lot scarier for us on the receiving end. Speak. See what happens.

Not only does your silence keep Jews from speaking up. It keeps the abuse from being visible as abuse, as hate, as discrimination. But I don’t have to tell you that, because you understand abuse. You speak about it every day. I don’t have to tell you that Jew hate is not individual. That it is systemic. That it should not be kept private. That it’s a patterned behavior that is destroying society. That it is protected by institutions, by media, by governments, by those charged with protecting us. That so long as people don’t speak up, Jew hatred will not merely sustain, it will grow into a widespread cancer. Do I have to tell you what happens to Jews historically when people stay silent? Do we need to have that conversation?

Jew hatred has already grown into a widespread cancer. New statistics just released by the CST in the UK show that every 32 hours someone was assaulted for being Jewish in the UK between January to June of this year. In Spain, the government data highlights an 86% rise in Jew hate offenses year on year during the country's highest overall surge in recorded hate crimes (yet this weekend I was told “there is no antisemitism in Spain”). In Germany, anti-Jewish hate crimes are up 215% since October 2023. In New York City, anti-Jewish attacks make up 57% of all confirmed hate crimes so far in 2026, even though Jews are only 10% of the population there. Look up the statistics wherever you are. Find out. You will see only one thing: an increase in attacks on Jews. Although Jewish people make up roughly 1% of Canada’s population, they have accounted for approximately 70% of religious-motivated hate crimes there. Have you been told? Do you know? Did you know that 95.7% of Jewish students surveyed in Canada experienced or witnessed at least one antisemitic incident in the previous 12 months. Do you think that this just magically gets better on its own, or…?

Break your silence now. What is stopping you? Progressives have dedicated their lives to “proving” that I’m a bad person for years because I exposed the rot in their movement. The abuse is relentless, and I am exhausted. Hate nicknames, pathetic hashtags, doctored tweets, invented conspiracies about me, faked private messages, pressurized smear campaigns. I have been a canary in the coalmine. And yet, I have never once turned my back on anyone or anything I care about, no matter what has been done to me, no matter who I’ve lost, no matter how much unwavering grief I have to carry with me.

“Jew hatred doesn't exist”. Keep telling yourself that. I’m sure it makes life easier. The reality is: Jew hatred has fully resurrected itself at an alarming rate on your watch by your friends, by your family, by the media outlets that you support, by the human rights organizations that you champion, by the representatives that you vote for. The same mouths that begged and insisted that we believe you about your hate, and your abuse, are now firmly shut. We believed you. We stood with you. We risked our lives defending you. You didn't forget. No. You certainly did not.

You denied we ever existed. Do you believe me? I always, always believed you.

I’m re-sharing the piece I published yesterday. So help me, I implore you to read it.
