Sicily, let's go!!!

I may lead the occasional Italy food tour for my longtime friend, Elizabeth Minchilli’s Via Rosa, but that doesn’t keep me from watching her videos with intense fomo. I’ve particularly been envious of her group jaunts to different parts of Sicily. And now I get to go! Are you coming along? The Culture of Food in Sicily Tour is May 10-16. Sicily has distinctly complex and layered culinary cultures. Every visit to the island reveals more of its history and the creative resilience of the people. For this exploration we’ll be focusing on the culinary history and traditions of Western Sicily.

We’ll be centered in the vibrant city of Palermo, staying at one of the city’s finest hotels (of course)! We’ll step out for city and countryside explorations, focusing on farms, cheese makers, hands-on cooking experiences and more. With us there is always more. But we know you’ll want to explore on your own or simply relax and there’s time for that too.
