If you’ve never written a four-book series and tried to bring it to a satisfying conclusion that will be everything readers are hoping for…well, let’s just say it’s a wee bit of pressure (mostly from myself!).
And it’s the definition of bittersweet. I’ve been dreaming of this world and living with these characters in my head for 6 years now, and it’s nearly time to say goodbye to them, and I AM NOT OKAY. If you’ve read my previous post about how the series came to be, you’ll know that these books came out of the most tumultuous, difficult time in my life, and they were an absolute lifeline.
It’s been a joy to write these characters, and of course, to connect with readers who love them (almost) as much as I do. So, today I’m giving you exclusive access to a few snippets of The Wasteland Prince to give you a glimpse of what you’re in for. Plus, take a peek at my cover-in-process, which is being created by the graphic designers at MiblArt (they made the other covers in the series, too).
