If you’ve ever searched “how to last longer in bed” you’ll know what comes back.
Squeeze techniques.
Pure abstinence.
Breathing.
Stop-start methods.
Thicker condoms.
Numbing sprays.
Kegel exercises.
Think about something else.
And while some of these alone can be helpful, they are missing the one crucial point: getting to the root cause!
And the root cause could be different for every single person reading this right now.
When I dive into the Sexual Subconscious and Sexual Somatic part of the program with 1:1 clients, we find out pretty fast if it’s:
(a) A psychological root cause
i.e. “I’ve learned that sex needs to be over fast” or “I’m not allowed to enjoy sex”
(b) An emotional root cause
i.e. “I’m not worthy of pleasure” "or “I don’t deserve to enjoy myself"
(c) A sex energy root cause
i.e. you haven’t learned how to feel and focus heightened sexual energy in your body fully
(d) A physical root cause
i.e. literally a hyper sensitivity in any part of your anatomy or a nervous system issue fight/flight response to sex and pleasure or hyper stimulation to a fantasy/thought/feeling
And so you can see now that the approach top any of these would be totally different. If your root cause is pure psychological and emotional, then no amount of physical tools are going to help.
On the contrary, if your issue is physical then emotional and and psychological work isn’t really going to do much good!
And if it’s blend of a few of them, then you really need a deeper, more specific approach!

Most gay men have an arousal template that is limited at a few squares inches.
From the first time you touched yourself, probably alone, probably in a hurry, probably trying not to make a noise, maybe watching something on a screen, you were training your body to associate sexual pleasure with a very specific, very narrow set of sensations… Fast friction with one hand, with one goal and get there quickly, clean up and move on.
Do that thousands of times and your nervous system gets extraordinarily efficient at it…
The problem isn’t actually that you cum too fast my friend. The problem is that your entire arousal system has been funnelled into a few square inches of friction-based stimulation, with no circulation anywhere else in your body, no breath, little sound, not much movement, not much awareness of anything except your cock…
Of course you cum quickly… your body has been practising this for years!
And the solution is about expanding your system, learning about arousal and learning about your body.
Start thinking of your entire body, from the top of your hear to the tips of your toes as one big sexual organ.
Your pubic bone, belly, inner thighs, the back of the neck, buttocks, the collarbone, your perineum, your chest, armpits, nipples the scalp, the soles of the feet, backs of your knees and calves, each individual heart.
All of it is erotic territory and all of it is capable of generating and circulating sexual arousal.
When properly awakened, your entire body becomes part of a whole-body pleasure experience that distributes sensation rather than concentrating it in your cock.
When arousal is spread across your whole body, it moves and builds differently.
It builds more slowly, more richly, more sustainably. Instead of a fast spike toward the point of no return, you get a plateau, a long rolling wave of pleasure you can ride without being rushed toward the edge.
This is the foundation of Taoist Erotic practice, a tradition thousands of years old that understood something modern sex advice still hasn’t caught up with. The whole body is sexual. Pleasure is not a genital event. It’s a whole-system experience.
And it changes everything about how long you last. I use Taoist Erotic principles as the foundation for the work I do with 1:1 clients.
One of the most powerful tools I work with in my practice is the arousal scale.
Imagine your arousal on a scale from one to ten. One is completely unaroused. Ten is the point of no return, the moment ejaculation becomes inevitable. You may be going from about three to ten in a very short window, because your arousal template is so narrow and so friction-dependent that there’s almost no room between “starting” and “finishing.”
The work is about expanding the middle part of the scale.
Learning to live at five, six, seven for extended periods. Learning what it feels like to be deeply, sustainably aroused without racing toward the edge. Learning the specific tools that move you up and down that scale consciously rather than being swept along by it.
Breath is the most immediate tool. Long slow inhales circulate arousal through the body. Short held breaths concentrate it in the genitals and accelerate the race toward ten. Learning to breathe slowly and deeply during sex is one of the single most powerful things you can do for your staying power.
Sound is the second tool most men never use. Breath without sound is half as powerful. Moaning, sighing, making audible sound during sex releases tension, opens the throat, softens the body, and allows arousal to move rather than build to a pressure point. Men who make sound during sex last longer because sound is the body’s natural release valve. And making sounds regulates the vagus nerve!
Movement is the third. Undulating the hips, rolling the spine, letting the whole body participate in the experience rather than lying still while the hand or the cock does all the work. Whereas stillness concentrates arousal, movement spreads it.
These three things, breath, sound and movement, are the foundations of Taoist Erotic practice and they’re teachable, learnable and immediately effective. Added with the emotional and psychological work you have a full spectrum approach to lasting longer in bed, and also experiencing fuller, harder, bigger erections and increased pleasure!
I offer masturbation coaching both in person at my private studio in East London and online with men around the world.
And I want to explain what that actually means because it’s often misunderstood.
Masturbation coaching is not a sexual service. It’s a conscious guided somatic practice.
In a session, I teach you specific Taoist Erotic Masturbation techniques, strokes, touches, breath patterns and movement sequences, that gradually expand your arousal template from that narrow friction-based groove into something much wider, richer and more sustainable.
I guide you through the practice verbally, coaching your breath, your sound, your movement and your awareness. I teach you how to use the arousal scale consciously, how to bring yourself to a seven and hold there, how to come back down, how to build again. How to use your whole body instead of just your cock.
Men are consistently stunned by what becomes available in these sessions. Because they discover, often for the first time, that their body is capable of so much more than they ever knew. They discover a quality of arousal new to them. A capacity for sustained pleasure that changes the entire experience of sex.
Sometimes premature ejaculation isn’t a physical pattern at all. It’s an expression of something running beneath the surface in the Sexual Subconscious.
I’ve worked with men who cum quickly because somewhere underneath the experience, they don’t believe they deserve to stay in pleasure for long. An unconscious belief that pleasure is something to be grabbed quickly before it disappears, or before someone takes it away, or before they do something wrong.
So the body rushes to the exit before any of that can happen.
I’ve worked with men where it’s shame, a deep, pre-verbal shame about their sexuality that makes their body want to end the experience as quickly as possible. Get it over with and get clean
“Don’t linger in this thing that is wrong”
I’ve worked with men where it’s fear and performance anxiety so wired into their nervous system that the moment they’re with another person, the body goes into a version of fight-or-flight, and the arousal system fires too quickly as a result.
And I’ve worked with men where it’s simply habit. Decades of conditioning with no psychological charge underneath it at all. Those men often see change the fastest, because the pattern is physical rather than rooted in the subconscious.
This is why I work with what I call the three pillars of the Erotic Evolution Method.
The Sexual Subconscious. The beliefs, stories, fears and unconscious patterns running beneath the surface. The stuff talk therapy sometimes touches but rarely shifts at the body level.
Sexual Somatics. The physical practice of breath, movement, touch and body-based rewiring that changes the nervous system from the inside out.
Erotic Rewiring. Combining both of the above into a new template. A new relationship with arousal, pleasure, sensation and self that replaces the old pattern with something that actually works for you.
Working with all three is what produces deep, lasting change.
Techniques alone don’t do it.
Therapy alone doesn’t do it.
It’s the integration of mind, body and erotic self is what shifts the pattern permanently.
If any of this has landed for you, here’s what’s available.
