New month, new slate of meetups! August feels strange this year, no? Like, trees are already turning. I saw a house decked out in Halloween on my way to yoga, and there has been trick or treat candy in stores for a couple of weeks! (Be serious. Do you actually want July’s candy at the end of October??). Oh, and the sky is bonkers right now just in time for eclipse season! (I have TWO sets of friends traveling to Spain for the total solar eclipse and I am SO JEALOUS I COULD SCREAM— I mean…Have the best time!! But also, put me in your suitcase).
Basically, it’s the perfect time to be creative. Documenting the end times in art is everyone’s duty.
